Dear Putnam Valley Community:
I want to send an enormous shout out to our high school singers! This week’s choral concert was enormously entertaining and also inspiring. Special congratulations to the seniors whose interviews with the “punny” Mr. Micera were delightful! Nick Sirico let go with terrific solo that reflected his passion for music and theater. A number of wonderful NYSSMA soloists were showcased including Gabriella Pinon, Jacey Ferraro, and the exceptional Tess Rhian, whose rendition of “Your Daddy’s Son” from Ragtime, brought down the house. As always, Tempo Mental added the student-driven spirit and innovative excitement that characterize a cutting edge a cappella group.
