Dear PVHS Families,
The holiday vacation is here! Last week at PVHS we geared up for the holidays with a winter spirit week and pep rally to celebrate our winter teams, wrestling, basketball, gymnastics, swimming, track and cheerleading. The pep rally ended with a student vs. teacher basketball shoot out where the students were victorious. Building connections and community is something we value at PVHS and this new tradition is one that we hope to improve upon each year to bring our students and faculty together to celebrate the holidays.
The week also ended with progress reports posted to the student portal. Please take a moment to review your child’s academic progress during the break and contact your child’s guidance counselor if you have any questions or concerns.
I am very grateful for the wonderful support that our school receives from the entire Putnam Valley community. I wish everyone a peaceful and joyous holiday season filled with quality time with loved ones.
