Dear PVES Families,
I want to remind you that all elementary students will have an early dismissal on Friday, April 12th. PVES will dismiss at 12:00 on April 12th so that parent/teacher conferences can take place for some parents. As always, if you would like to schedule a conference with any of your child’s teachers, please call the main office (845-528-8092) or email that teacher directly (first initial, last name @ pvcsd.org. Thank you for your positive communication and collaborative efforts!
Congratulations again to the students who performed in our PVES musical last weekend, “The Wizard of Oz.” The performances of Friday and Saturday were just delightful, and the students made us so proud! Congratulations on all of your hard work!
On this past Monday, our Character Education and Diversity Committee facilitated a very meaningful whole-school “Support the Troops Assembly.” Our students made us so very proud with their beautiful singing and wonderful behavior during this special presentation. Thank you to our many families who were able to donate supplies for our troops. We are so grateful to our generous PV community.

Many of our staff members wore blue clothing or Yankees apparel today in honor of PVHS high school teacher, Mr. Mark Trabakino. We are proud to remember this wonderful and caring teacher.
Enjoy the warmer weather! Our Outdoor Learning Center is ready for class use, and our students have been enjoying outdoor recess on the playground this week. Very exciting!
