Dear Putnam Valley Families,
Welcome back to school! We hope you had a wonderful summer and got to enjoy family, friends and had a whole bunch of fun. I am so excited to switch hats and take over as the Principal of the High School. Having been a student in the 70’s and 80’s and taught, coached, and most recently worked as the Assistant Principal, I am awed by the opportunity to be the Principal of Putnam Valley High School. I look forward to an exciting and engaging 2022-2023 school year and building deeper connections with the Putnam Valley community.
Oh, did I mention that we are an IB World School and that our students and faculty are doing an amazing job embracing the rigors of the program! We have an “IB for All” philosophy and are seeing more students challenge themselves and excel in advanced courses than we ever have before.
We want to welcome our new staff to the high school and are excited about their positive energy, dedication, and professionalism. They are going to bring new and dynamic perspectives to our building.
