This is why we are excited to announce our school district is incorporating <strong>Passport For Good<\/strong> \u2013 a mobile-friendly web-based platform that simplifies, recognizes, and celebrates student engagement in the community.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Completely<strong> paper-free<\/strong>, this <strong>user-friendly<\/strong> <strong>platform<\/strong> chronicles and verifies your child\u2019s community service and participation in extracurricular activity experiences inside and outside the classroom.\u00a0 <strong>Passport For Good<\/strong> captures, measures and quantifies \u201cwhole student\u201d activity outside the classroom in real-time (i.e. value to the community, engagement in extracurricular activities, employment skills and civic readiness)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Empowers students to succeed and creates greater student equity<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Provides a lifelong non-academic transcript that students can use for college and career readiness<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Encourages community service through deeper connections with local volunteer organizations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Your child(ren) in the coming weeks will receive instructions on how to register and use the platform to capture their community service, career development and participation in extracurricular activities.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">We look forward to your student\u2019s involvement with Passport For Good in the coming school year.
