Dear Putnam Valley Community:<\/p>\n

It’s hard to believe we are beginning the Memorial Day weekend and the unofficial start of summer.<\/p>\n

I am happy to report that we did not have any cases of COVID-19 this week. Thank you for continuing to follow the guidance and for continuing to complete the daily health screenings.<\/p>\n

I had the privilege of reading to Mrs. Gallello’s class for the elementary school’s annual Community Read.\u00a0 Although most readers participated virtually, I was very lucky to be able to read to the students in person.\u00a0 I enjoyed our time together and the thank you notes I received were the highlight of my day.\u00a0 I will share the artwork of one student as we remember, honor, and give thanks to all those who gave their lives protecting our country.<\/p>\n
