As noted in my message regarding the Putnam Valley Central School District’s\u00a0reopening plan, please click on the link below to complete the survey.\u00a0 By letting us know your intentions for the fall, we will be able to prepare for the reopening of schools.\u00a0 This information will inform our decisions on classroom usage, grade-level sections, staffing, and scheduling and is vital for us to make informed decisions moving forward.\u00a0 The survey only requests your child’s(ren’s) information and responses to four questions.\u00a0 We will be following up directly with phone calls, as needed.\u00a0 Thank you.<\/div>\n
