Please remember to get out and\u00a0vote\u00a0today, Tuesday, May 20.\u00a0 The polls will be open from 6 am to 9 pm at Putnam Valley Elementary School.\u00a0 Please visit our website\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.pvcsd.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/www.pvcsd.org\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1747821999788000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1YO2jMwl7ACazh-iQ8YIkG\">www.pvcsd.org<\/a>\u00a0for detailed budget and project information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proposed Budget highlights:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Below the allowable tax levy cap (14th consecutive year)<\/li>\n<li>Maintains academic programs and staffing<\/li>\n<li>Balances educational programs with fiscal responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Revenue generated by welcoming Garrison students to PVHS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Capital Project highlights:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Includes infrastructure improvements to all three buildings<\/li>\n<li>No additional cost to taxpayers<\/li>\n<li>66% of the project will be reimbursed by New York State building aid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>School Board Trustee\u00a0Election:\u00a0\u00a0Two candidates are running for two open seats.\u00a0 Sam Oliverio (incumbent) and Janette Yetter (incumbent) will be on the ballot.
