Dear Putnam Valley Community:<\/p>\n
This morning, administrators at Putnam Valley High School were made aware of concerning messages directed toward a few Putnam Valley students.\u00a0 The messages were posted online by another Putnam Valley student last evening.\u00a0 We immediately contacted the Putnam County Sheriff\u2019s Office. They have made contact with the individual and have determined there is no threat to the Putnam Valley School District or its students.\u00a0 We will continue to actively work with the Sheriff\u2019s Office to fully investigate this matter.<\/p>\n
We always take reports very seriously and work closely with law enforcement to investigate and respond appropriately.<\/p>\n
