The PVCSD Budget Vote<\/u> will be held at the Putnam Valley Elementary School this Tuesday<\/u>, May 17th<\/sup>, from 6 AM to 9 PM. Please be sure to vote! Voter parking will be available in front of the cafeteria, and all voters will enter through the cafeteria doors. Please be sure your voice is heard.<\/p>\n We look forward to welcoming our invited Community Readers to our classrooms tomorrow morning. This is a wonderful tradition at PVES, where community representatives and school retirees visit and share storybooks with our young learners. We are so thrilled to be welcoming in-person guests into our school! Thank you to our amazing PTA for providing refreshments for this event.<\/p>\n Congratulations to our third and fourth grade students who performed in the amazing Gym Show Olympics this past week. Thank you to Mrs. Aurigemma and to Mr. Heitman for all their efforts with these talented students. It was such a terrific athletic event!<\/p>\n We are all looking forward to our first Sustainability Fair, which will take place beginning this Wednesday, May 18th<\/sup>, through Tuesday, May 24th<\/sup>. Each of these days, one grade level will spend the morning at outdoor stations designed by Mrs. Bruno and Mrs. Broas. The focus will be on sustainability and protecting our planet.<\/p>\n We are looking forward to the Fourth Grade Spring Concert on Wednesday, June 1st<\/sup>, at 7:00 PM. Our fourth-grade band and chorus will perform. Thank you for marking your calendars!<\/p>\n Schools will be closed in honor of Memorial Day from Friday, May 27th<\/sup>, through Monday, May 30th<\/sup>. Schools will reopen on Tuesday, May 31st<\/sup>.
