Dear PVMS Families,

We have entered the final stretch!  June is here and we have a full three weeks of instruction before our final day of school on Friday, June 19th.  We know that it has been a long road with distance learning and we appreciate your partnership.  Your collaboration has been essential and I want to thank you for everything that you have been able to do for your children during these remote times.

The end of the year can be overwhelming but now is the time to stay organized and to check PowerSchool.  Reach out to teachers if you are noticing that your child is struggling to complete work or they don’t understand certain concepts.  It is imperative to do this before the end of the marking period.  We are hopeful that everyone can be successful especially in a time where final exams, Regents exams, and NYS assessments have been put on hold.  Please ensure that the next three weeks will be a time where your children complete work fully and put in their best effort possible so they are prepared for September.

 Key Calendar Events

 Friday, June 5th – Sunday, June 7th –

Middle School Musical “The Addams Family” Dress Rehearsal Recordings will be available to view.  As you might know, we made recordings of our two dress rehearsals as a “just in case,” even though we had every hope and intention of putting on the show. Now that we know we will not be in school for the rest of the school year, we are planning on setting up a way for you to view these dress rehearsal recordings this coming weekend, June 5th.  The links will be available on June 5th and will be posted. Check back then!
